Southfork Lodge - Riverside Inn

This was a fabulous place and the accommodations were OUTSTANDING!! Came in late and did have to search a little for the staff, but that gave us a chance to take in the lovely area with the water running right by rooms, the very well take care of surroundings. You can tell the owners take great pride in their place. The only thing I would HIGHLY recommend, take BUG SPRAY. With the water being right there, the mosquitos like having people to feed on. Also note that they have wifi service, but your cell phone might not work (which was a HUGE plus for what I wanted)

Breakfast was really good. Having access to washer and dryer was a big plus. Receptionist greeted us with fresh made cookies. The view outside of the mountains was awesome plus it's just a short walk to the street with all the restaurants. Really would come back.

Quiet, the stream was wonderful. Went to hot springs 4 miles away, they were wonderful. Hadn’t been there in years.

Gorgeous location on the river. Very relaxing!
